I never thought I'd do therapy. It was confronting and emotionally overwhelming at times but found It was ultimately helpful in that by having a therapist work with me on certain past experiences in a constructive way I was able to move forwards and feel more connected to myself.

My sister discovered she was pregnant, so on taking her to the Dr he recommended that she see someone to talk about her options. She's only 17, and was feeling ashamed, guilty and very pressured by her boyfriend. I've been taking her for nearly 4 weeks now and it has helped her a lot. I'm very thankful that my Dr at Mill Park Family Practice recommended us to come here as not only is the psych wonderful, but the front desk staff are always friendly and welcoming. A psychology practice located at the Stables shopping Centre in the upstairs consulting suites. the practice has three psychologists Dean, Fiona and Emma and they bulk bill me because I have a mental health plan and have been out of work for awhile.
Dean is a great psychologist and takes the time to not only listen but to know you as a person and my anxiety has improved a lot with the tools and techniques hes given me and I find myself telling friends and family about the tips he gives me if they are having a stressful day.
The girls on the front desk are really nice will always make you feel welcome and have a chat and will fit you in if you really need to see someone. Really nice place to come

I'm so very thankful to Emma for seeing my partner on such short notice and I found this place online. It's the best decision we've ever made. He looks forward to going to his sessions, looks forward to getting out of bed and starting the day and is far less stressed by work.
