I have seen a few psychologists in the past and therefore was hesitant on starting the therapy process again. I was recommended to make an appointment with psychologist Emily Burton from a friend that also had seen Emily. I was self referred due to anxiety and high levels of stress due to a range of factors including work, family and low self esteem. I have felt really comfortable speaking with Emily and had some valuable life breakthrough in session allowing me to live a happier and more fulfilling life. I have also noticed my relationships have improved and confidence in my new business venture. I am forever thankful for giving therapy one last chance. I could not recommend Positive Wellbeing Psychology more highly based on my own experiences and feedback my good friend.
