I had detected either a rat or possum noise in the roof each evening at dusk. The Possum Evictor man found an existing possum entry/exit point and blocked it up with foam. This was followed by an exit door provided in tiled roof. After three visits the noise in roof and probable cause not detected.

I was not happy with the upfront payment of $300, quality and follow up of service provided. A further visit would cost me another $100. I considered this exercise a complete waste of money for an unsuccessful outcome.

Andrew did a great job and explained things clearly. He believed that we had possums even when we couldn't find their entrance and didn't try convince me it was rats and do the lazy option of using poisons. Very trustworthy and reliable.

Andrew is a very nice guy who takes time to explain how to get rid of possums in your roof and prevent them from coming back. Very reasonable charges, but a guy who does a good job should be paid well! Will recommend him to others definitely.
