Shame we got Possum Pete to come get rid of the possum in our roof and the possum is still there! Every night we still hear the possum come in and make himself cosy. I would suggest to choose another possum man.

I had a terrible possum/rat infestation in the attic so gave him a call. He came out, did his business and made a follow up phone call a week later. Unfortunately he didnt find any evidence of possum entry, but suggested that we should put up rat poison instead.

Whilst he appeared to be a professional in this line work, the one thing that made the experience a bit average was the SMS he sent to me on my phone. He sent a blunt message stating my payment was late and therefore pay up. It would have been better if he had considered the possibility that I may not have received the invoice yet in the mail.

We had a terrible possum infestation with the running, jumping, gnawing, and the waking us up in the night and were at wits end when I read a recommendation of Pete and decided to give him a go.

He came out, did his business and kindly made a follow up phone call a week later. Much to our delight, as of this writing our possum problem seems to have been solved: his service was fast and efficient.

The only thing that soured the experience was the message left on our phone re: payment. He arrived much earlier than we agreed and were not home at the time he dropped by - it was then he chose to launch a verbal broadside about our lack of consideration, completely ignoring the fact of our agreed meeting time. Although he called later to apologize, which we accepted, it was a shame that this tainted what would have otherwise been exceptional service.

I called Possum Pete to help with a possum problem at my home. He was very helpful, one of the best quotes and quick to come over. He managed to get rid of the possum, so I was happy. He also guaranteed his work for 12 months if a possum re-entered.
