always helpful and willing to assist
always there and is always busy but they struggle on and keep serving with a smile

I have had a few of my parcels go there
Things that are suppose to be left at my door have ended up down there
Not very convenient as there is no bus route to get there and they just leave you a card in the mail box and it may not even be the right date as to when you receive it
I recently got a card that said final notice but never received the 1st one
I rang the local post office and was told don't worry they will send out another card
They wont just send parcel back for couple of weeks i went to pick up parcel a few days later to discover it has been sent back
They said only keep it for 5 days after final notice
I said i didn't receive a first and was told you would keep it for a few weeks apparently not so
I hadn't had the final card for 5 days either
I got another card something I ordered and payed Del for!!!!
They just leave a note saying wont fit in mail box I thought that's what front doors were for!!
So am I expected to spend 3 or 4 hours picking up something on public transport that I had paid to be delivered because they cant be bothered walking 50 meters to a door ??
And so the saga continues
I get a card on the 17/1 it says 16/1 and I have 5 days to pick up so I arrange transfer I'm told about 2days
I guess I should have asked them when the 2days started from!!
Well it got there on the 4th of Feb now that's snail mail!!!
I went up to my local regularly and checked and I even went back to them on the 31st to see if they still had it there as I had a car ride
I got Oh I remember yours I sent it weeks ago!!
Clearly not otherwise I would not be standing here with a card that says 16/1 on the 31/1
Then to top it of I got home and YES there was a card in my door from them pick up a parcel after 4.30 pm
My ride couldn't hang around so I had to get that transferred and probably pay a fee if ova 500 grams
They never mentioned that a new parcel had been unsuccessful delivered to me and a card left and they new my name as they took my card and had a look to make sure my parcel had definitely gone
