TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE - RUINED MY WEDDING DRESS!

I took my wedding dress here to get altered, which to be honest I can't fault the alternations, however, they got a long blue pen mark on my $4000.00 wedding dress!!! They tried to dry clean it out but couldn't do so and didn't want to try further as they were worried it would damage the dress more before my wedding day. All they could offer at first was a free dry clean! I said that was not enough and after weeks of battling I was given a measly $220.00. So basically I have to wear a damaged wedding dress now on my wedding day and if I want to resell it, the value has already gone down by at least half the price.

I am all for small business but I fail to want to support a place that has such poor customer service. I highly recommend taking your dry cleaning and alternations somewhere else!

The service is great and the owner is really friendly, might be a little bit more expensive but compared to the other dry cleaners ive tried around town, theres no competition. You get your bang for your buck!
