I had a terrible experience and my house is now trashed and PRD have left me to fix it myself and follow up on 2 months rent owing. They worked for the tenant not the owner and did NOTHING to earn the money I paid them.. I can't stress enough to not go with this agency

I intended on placing an offer on a property in Woden. I called ahead to say I was running 10mins late on an open inspection and I was told by Alex Wang that I was too late. I asked if I could inspect at some stage soon so I could place an offer on the property and he laughed out loud saying that an offer had been placed and the amount that was offered. I was willing to counter offer.
I own several properties across Australia and I will never use this real estate to manage nor sell my properties.

Terrible property management. Mitchell Cross has the skills of a 15 year old teenager and their property manager have no experience. Stay away from them as they will through you, along with your property, under a bus.

I applied for a rental property through this real estate and was completely ignored. I sent an email to enquiry about the property and mentioned my application - this was never responded to. I contacted them again to ask what was happening with my application, and they stated they didn't receive an application from me. Even though it was confirmed as being sent to them twice.Would not recommend these rude people.
