I have had a great experience with this real-estate,, they are very proficient and down to earth. To the people who make anonymous reviews, maybe pay your rent and keep the place clean and you wont have to be nasty when you don't get your way!!

As a prospective tenant, i was scheduled for an inspection at 915AM and was confirmed by an email of the inspection time, 8PM the night before from Tom Glavich.
When the time came, no one arrived so contacted the office and was rudely advised "we cant make it, you booked for 11". (though my email says 9AM). A simple call in the morning would have resolved any issue, however incompetency / lack of communication or utter contempt is a more accurate description.
What makes matters worse was the tone and contempt the staff had towards this matter. A simple admission of their mistake would have sufficed, however, that was not the case. The staff had advised, they cannot make it until 2 hours later which is confusing because the office is 3km away or 9mins by car.
As a professional engineer, it is not easy to find 2 hours in the morning off work to schedule these inspections. Unfortunately, this real estate agent does not recognise the value of potential clientele so it is to the loss of the property owner.
I just hope YOU are not the property owner!

To be honest, this agency is one of the best I have dealt with.
They were fast and precise with finding us a suitable property.
A very professional and friendly bunch.

If you dare make a late payment be ready to receive a very nasty/terse letter from PRD bordering on telling you that you may be evicted - even if you have been a consistent and on-time payer of your rent/water bills for years. Taking good care of your place and paying your bills on time 99% of the time will count for nothing with PRD. You will never get a polite reminder from PRD if you pay rent/bill late. In my case changing a bank account and not readjusting an auto-payment was indeed my fault, despite years of regular payments the notice I was sent pretty much advised me that I was about to be evicted... I take good care of my place, it is kept in top condition. It is sad to see PRD effect such poor consideration for better renters.

Seems a very poor way of running a biz' if you ask me. I'd suggest PRD review the notes they send to people like myself and tone down the content of the letters. Try something like... 'just a friendly reminder... You may have overlooked your rent/water bill' kind of thing. Certainly in the case of tenants who have established a higher degree of consistency in payments and overall care of property. Sure, have at it with the deadbeats by all means, but booting a good (overall) payer and people who take care of a property??? PRD have really left a bad taste in our mouths and to their own chagrin leave us never saying a good thing about them. Shame, between the two of us, we know and speak to a LOT of people in the Liverpool area.

Pick up your act PRD. Business of the year... what a joke. I'll bet that PRD renters will be disgusted with that laughable result. Oh, and the groundskeeper... a three year old could do better with a toy lawn mower, talk about BARE minimum.

Can't wait for the day we can afford to invest in a home, can't wait to see the last of PRD. Needless to say, we won't be coming to them for a home and we won't be advising anyone else to either.

The worst Real Estate Agent in the WORLD!!!:
My partner and I have been renting with PRD Nationwide Nucifora Liverpool since 2005. We were desperate at the time to find any place for lease and were willing to take any property that we were accepted for. We inspected the property that we were accepted for and found that it wasn't clean, and that property damages had not being fixed due to ex-tenants. We informed the office Manager who did the inspection with us, that before we moved into the property that it should be cleaned, bug-sprayed, and the backyard to be mown as well. We did the condition report, and told PRD that there were damages to the premises and needed fixing. Only the bug spraying and backyard was done except for the cupboards and screen doors and clothes line etc were not fixed, as well as the oven! We were furious of course! the real estate had breached their own contract in cleanliness, repairs and damages to the premises. So that forced us to file a complaint to the Tribunal, thus making the landlord carry out fixtures etc. Throughout the years of being with PRD we had many fixture complaints and not all were carried out, the rent was raised 5 times for a property that was built under horrible structure conditions due to it being 15+yrs old and when they advertised for the property online they raised the rent to $50 more describing the property as 'Modern' lol total misinformation and false advertising! OMG! None of my phone calls were ever returned, and it has taken us 2 weeks just to get them out of our hair!!! after moving out of the premises, we are still dealing with these people they have been nothing but trouble from day 1! it has taken them 2 weeks to refund our 1weeks rent (took out oo much money from my bank account for rent) and they are still trying to charge us for damages that were already in the premises before moving, after notifying them that we have video and photo's from the property on the day we moved in! so to finally get them out of our hair, we just decided that whatever need fixing they could take it out of our Housing Rental Bond to settle things, yet we were still being harassed for even more damages. Once again we told them to just use the Housing Rental Bond mainly because we were sick of dealing with them and just made a final aggreement so they wouldn't bother us again!
In conclusion, make sure you to plenty of photo's and never agree to these people if they tell you 'leave it up to me, it'll be fine, dont worry i'll take care of everything' do not listen to a word they say it is all a scam to get you sucked in and to make you pay for more than what you're given.
I strongly recommend that no one deserves to be with a real estate agent simply because they are dodgy people who will rip off not only the tenants but also their clients/landlords. PLEASE DO NOT BE DESPERATE like us PLEASE DO NOT LEASE FROM THESE PEOPLE they have no communication skills within their office, i was sick of telling my tenant issues with different people all the time where i should've been assigned to one property manager only!
We are so happy to not be dealing with these people, and i have also made friends within the complex who are leasing from PRD as well, and say that they will never rent from them again and who also agree with everything i have mentioned!
This real estate agent needs to be investigated, they shouldn't be operating under such horrible and rude staff and lazy dodgy workers who rip off their own clients!!!
