I was really pleased to find that they don't charge by the hour- they charge by the job,and no nasty call out fee! I am always unsure of what I am paying for , but found Brett and Joe honest and straightforward, offering them a cup of tea and a biscuit made me very popular!! very reasonably priced and tidied up after them.
