Worst service available stay away.

I would like to highly commend your driver Russ (Russheik) for the incredibly service he provided for my 95 year old mother who is in a wheelchair!

Mum needed to be picked up from Meadowbank Grove in Ryde for an appointment. A disabled taxi was required

Firstly, Russ was extremely punctual!
He was kind, empathetic, friendly and professional.. so considerate to his old passenger I was very moved..

I do hope premier cabs is able to identify the driver and recognise him for the extremely valuable employee he is.

Driver was 30 min late!!!didn't even apologised!!!operator blamed it on a bad traffic on Friday at 7 pm - RIDICULOUS! Very poor service- using you guys last time.

asked for a taxi a good half hour before i needed it, called twice to follow up and taxi didn't end up arriving

in hindsight i asked to meet up at a particular station and they asked which side and i said i wasn't sure - i'm not from sydney

they were fine when i said to not worry about it and cancel the cab (was a bit frustrating)

used these guys a couple of times and was fairly impressed with the service. taxis arrived promplyt and drivers were very friendly. good when your stuck at night after the trains have stopped

great and friendly drivers, easy to book, reliable, prompt, all knew where to go, safe driving, roomy and comfortable vehicles, great service, very happy. i would definately use them again!

have come across some good drivers with them but have had to complain to the company and the rta a lot of times about their drivers performance as i have seen a lot of their driver's cut me and others off just to get a fare i have had times where i have been over charged have had them take me around the long way and have had them pull up to pick me up with the meter running i have also seen them do acts of road rage with me in the cab had them show up just as my train was leaving my local railway station causing me to be late for work aloso had one state that he would rather go to prison if he killed someone on the road rather than sign a petition to have red light and speed camerar installed in streets in sydney his excuse is that 1 taxi driver in sydney each week loses his licence because of these cameras
