Rang up to get a warranty claim on my car tint. The guy swear at me multiple times. Wants me to pay to get it fixed and now have to wait a month. Wooden tape my name or number to do the job. I just got to turn off on the day. Go navigate my business again

AVOID at all costs. Terrible after sales service and terrible customer service. Had window tint put on our house. EVERY SINGLE WINDOW (that’s 9 panes in total) had issues - some of the tint had creases in it, the protective layer came off and we couldn’t even see out of the front windows. The tint had a lifetime warranty which is the reason we bought it. Premier Tint refused to take ownership of the issue even though they knew it was lifetime warranty, and emailed us the phone number of the manufacturer, and did not support us in a warranty claim. Would never use them again, and would suggest that you don’t either. You have been warned.

With summer coming and us about to go on holidays, we needed to get our car done as soon as we could. Amazingly, we were able to be fitted in just before Xmas. We got the darkest legal tint available and at a reasonable price. The job was done in a morning and we were very impressed with the result. We have definitely noticed the difference in the car! I would recommend this business.
