we had our carpets dry cleaned with this company and the job was as expected. they did refresh the carpets however some stains we had specifically asked for removal were not really addressed so we were a little disappointed with the quality. the service of the cleaner was excellent very friendly and professional. was not too expensive for the whole unit and overall a pretty decent job. just let down by not completely removing all stains
