DISASTER!

Early December, took my car to have concrete splatter chips buffed out. They did a good job, but it took 2 appointments that each went double the quoted time. Also, my 8 year old daughter and I were exposed to a large, hectic physical altercation between staff which was pretty stressful and very unprofessional.

The staff left wet mats in the boot covered by other belongings. I only noticed once the mats had gone mouldy. The management said he'd re-clean the mats. Cool. Thanks. Now I can't get my mats back. I refused to leave until the situation was rectified. I was ignored for 45 minutes then asked to leave with only the word of a junior staff member as guarantee. They denied that there was a manager on site. They refused to give assurances in writing.
Another staff member threatened to physically assault me and threatened to damage my car.

Still no response regarding return of or reimbursement for my floor mats.

All in all my experience with PHCW has been quite negative and unprofessional.
