PPS have a nice clean workshop with friendly, knowledgeable staff. They provided us with great service and an excellent repair. Their diagnosis of a faulty steering rack (common for Audi A4's apparently) was correct and their quote was cheaper than expected. (Another mechanic had said we had a faulty power steering pump and would have charged us more to replace it.)
Months later and the car is still trouble-free. Happy to recommend PPS - not sure about the Audi A4!

Had a problem with steering noises and these guys were fantastic! Very professional and helpful customer service. In the past I've been anxious when dealing with mechanics, about not really knowing what they're doing and being ripped off. Paul and the staff at Prestige Power Steering were so reassuring and efficient. Price was reasonable, possibly too cheap considering the quality service and there were no surprises. I will be recommending to friends and family.
