I really like the idea of a vacuum packed pizza with such fresh and wholesome ingredients. There were no additives, flavours and preservatives; every ingredient was natural. The pizza is quick and easy to prepare for eating and was very tasty.
I wonder how the person above cooked the pizza. It already is partially cooked for if it was not the pizza dough would be raw. Maybe buy some more and try cooking it under the grill. I bought mine from an Italian deli in the south Melbourne market and they were $6.50!! I wish I lived close to this ‘Wilson's fruit and vegetables'.

Approximate cost: $6.50

Hi Adriannac,

We are curious as to whether or not you actually tried the item in question, as we did not comment on the pizza (as we have not yet sampled it) but only the focaccia. Given that we are a literate family, you can be assured that the item in question was cooked in accordance with the respective directions.

We too (initially) liked the idea behind the ‘vacuum-sealed’ products, however the idea of ‘plastic’ storage fails to sit well with us, irrespective of how much we are assured of its purported safety.

While we agree that this range of products contains ‘wholesome’ ingredients, given our experience with Italian cuisine, this focaccia can hardly be deemed ‘traditional’.

Although we do not recommend the afore-mentioned item, it is a shame that you are not closer in proximity, as you would no doubt enjoy the many items from this manufacture that are reduced for ‘clearance’ every few days.

Regards, Reeces
