Do not believe the 1st comment. They have kept my money since June 2011 as it's now april 2012 I think I'll never see the money, or the perfume. The person who wrote the first comment, who promises to fix problems up 'very quickly' doesn't, actually. It's just management patting themselves on the back. But he does manage to send lots of emails promising......... A complete waste of money, for me. They don't give their phone number. They don't have a registered business name which pretty well means you can't sue them.
