I have been a loyal customer here for a number of years as they were great at doing my hair - both digital ceramic perming and hair cuts. The beauty treatments were also good - eyebrow waxing, eyelash perming and extensions were services I've had done. I trusted them for good reasons and last year I wanted a balayage job before my pre-wedding photo shoot and it went horribly wrong! I brought a picture in to show them what I wanted but it turned out a complete disaster. The hairdresser did not know what he was doing and it looked like my hair was simply dipped in bleach with no nice gradient effect. I was horrified and when I asked them to fix it on the spot, him and another staff member began saying to me this is how it's meant to look and made very little effort to fix it. I could tell they were feeling impatient with me. I felt so unhappy that I had to contact them the following week to tell them of my dissatisfaction and how I've trusted them for so many years only to be horribly let down like this. All they could offer me was a 50% refund because they needed to charge me for the hair dye and even after reasoning with them, they couldn't do more for me. I refused to go back to let them fix it because it was so horrendous that it would take an expert in colour to correct the mistake. The refund took a while to come through and once it did, I decided to sever all ties with them. I had to go to another reputable hair salon to have my bad balayage job fixed and they did a fantastic job at recovering my poor hair. So disappointed in this business as I had been going there for a number of years and one BAD mistake has driven me to look for a new hairdresser. Very sad.I do not recommend them at all.

I believe that this place has some professional staff. They offer a wide range of hairdressing and make up treatments and the pricing is very reasonable for the service.
