Sharon and the staff at Pretty Pet Salon are highly skilled and very professional. I have been a client for many years and I have been more than happy with how they groom my dogs and my cat each and every time. I highly recommend Pretty Pet Salon and I would not go anywhere else.

Took my fur baby for a wash and grooming today after I collected her she had the worst diarrhoea as if they had given her an enema when I called to explain what they done to her they couldn't understand me. My poor dog was in so much pain and diarrhead all through my car and over my Gucci handbag so disappointed especially as I called and they couldn't understand English. Worst service ever would never go back. Waste of money and now my car and handbag has a horrible stench

We always take our little fur baby to Pretty Pet Salon, the owner treats the pet 'customers' as her own. She's very knowledgeable and knows what she's doing when it comes to pet grooming. It's best to take your pet first thing in the morning about 9am and your pet should be ready about 11ish. I usually get my dog to do a full wash, nail clipping, trim - this costs approximately $60 - you also get it cheaper if when you visit a few times and get a loyalty bonus. When I go to collect my pretty smelling pooch they always put on her ribbons and a cute little bandana scarf lol, it's cute. Overall very happy with this salon for our dog.

if you get in early then your dog is ready quickly, but get in after 1-2 and it takes a little longer.
but good at getting rid of fleas, and puppy always smells so good after leaving there. also nice service and gentleman at front desk. helpful with product knowledge also
