I wish I had seen this review before I contacted them last week. It was a disaster from start to finish. Charged me about 60% more than originally quoted and I didn't feel at all confident the person knew what they were doing. He left my front door open when he left and my dog got out - which I didn't realise and I went out. I live on a very busy road and my small dog was locked outside for almost 2 hours in the rain. Thankfully shortly after I returned home and realised she wasn't there a good Samaritan had stopped and picked up my dog from the middle of the road and brought her home. I have contacted the company 3 times with feedback and to discuss the issue and they have not responded. Completely unprofessional and just terrible customer service
