The sales girls are always friendly and helpful, but sometimes feel that they push products based on their sales requirements rather than what will work best for my needs.

That being said, I usually already know what I am after, and they go out of their way to help me find it, and are very pleasant.

I have never had my hair cut, so cannot comment on the salon staff or service.
