After not having a haircut for a year I made an appoint for a new style including a wash and straightened. I arrived on time they didn't wash my hair after explaining what I wanted was told it wouldn't work. She would spray cut and straighten the whole thing took 15min it was one of the worst haircuts I have ever had the back was short the front hand't even been cut she chopped a short bit at the front which just hung in my eyes I was very disappointed and was charged $40 for a really un-even trim
