I have been a customer at this store for about ten years. The staff are always cheerful, the knowledge of the pharmacists and sales staff is of a very high level. A few years ago we took my granddaughter to have her ears pierced, at her request. She was very apprehensive and they spent 45 minutes with her and got the job done

Service is appallingly slow. They take forever to accept your script, and even after you've left your script with them for a day, it can take them 10 min to hunt around for your medication, discover that they still don't have it, and then tell you.
The store is cramped, and their slow service means there's frequently a mob around the prescription area, which means people don't get served in the right order - meaning a longer wait for some. Shopping here is a frustrating experience.
Prices are higher than Chemist Warehouse too.

This is my local pharmacy and I am so lucky! The Pharmacists are thorough, helpful and personable. You are treated well and help is always forthcoming. Spiro always remembers your name, the family and I have complete faith and trust in the him and the other Pharmacists. This Pharmacy is always my first port of call, before any other health professional.

Left a script for the required 15 mins. When I returned there were 4 staff behind the counter having a lovely chat while myself and two others waited to be even asked why we were there. When I was finally served and told that my order still needed to be checked by the pharmacist, I replied that if the medication wouldn’t be ready in the next few minutes I didn’t want it. One of the female pharmacists then told me in a rude tone that they had been busy and I would just have to wait. Honestly, I have never had such bad service in a pharmacist. Also, the medication was
25% more than I paid the last time I had the script made up ( different place).Reading the Google reviews a lot of others have noted this. Will not be going back.

I love Priceline in General, I find this store better than most, there is always heaps of staff, at times they just seem busy to help but when asked they do help and their advice is great, even happy to give a sample which I love before I spent the money, I like to try before I buy.

Priceline is a great pharmacy and this one is located very conveniently in the centre of Westfield. Girls on cash register are very nice. But getting a prescription filled is a very slow. It is almost as if they have a minimum time you need to wait before it is ready - even when there are 4 people behind the counter and no-one else waiting.
