Worst moving experience ever. The Launceston crew managed to destroy my bed but are not willing to accept responsibility for the costs involved in replacing the bed. They do not respond to emails when they damage your belongings; in fact, there was poor communication from the Launceston office throughout the process. Many boxes were torn whilst being moved (I had purchased heavy-duty boxes, but they struggled to stand up to the way they were treated), the bin was dented, fragile boxes crushed and stickers were stuck in places that have meant I have had to spend hours removing sticker residue and noticeable sticker marks on furniture. I recommend you use any other removalists; my biggest regret is booking a removal through Price's Removal and Storage - they made the move a major stress.
