This company did a roadworthy on a vehicle we recently purchased - they gave the car pass in flying colours.
They didn't pick up that the windscreen wipers were pretty much non-existent or that as a result of that, the windscreen was a mass of scratches - hard enough to see through to drive during the day, let alone at night with lights shining on it. They also didn't pick up that a tail light was out.
If they are going to do botchy roadworthys, I wouldn't trust them with actual repairs.

You past a car recently for my Son, and a couple of days later, the Police gave him a fine for not having the correct steering wheel. That was not his fault, and people have been trying to contact you about this. But you are not answering your phone, have you done a runner, I bet this isn't the first time. I hope you will do the right thing by him and fix this problem, or I will have you up in Court and your name will be mud on the Social Network. Have a nice day
