I can't say enough about Stephen Bruce in this physio clinic. I have suffered terribly with recurrent back and sciatic pain down my leg over a long time. I was avoiding exercise and feeling pretty down. After Stephens careful assessment and gentle movement of my spine i could feel a change even after the first appointment! Stephen also helped to develop an exercise program i can do on my own at home which has made a world of difference. I highly recommend this physio.
