The Princess Elle team was just lovely and patient me, and helped make my little one's special day! The boxes there are like no others and no matter how many stores my koumbara took me to I always insisted to go back to Princess Elle and that's where we found everything!

Placed Christening dress order mid December 2011.
Pick Up Date: 14 January, 2011.
Event Date: 4 February, 2012.

14 January 2011 came and went as dress was incorrect size. We to collect dress 31 January, 2012, only to find dress hadn't been altered and hat was different style to dress. This was totally disgusting with only 4 days before the event. Full refund requested on the spot. Found alternative reputable supplier within 15 minutes that was very supportive and understanding of what we had experienced.

We bought a flowergirl dress for my sister's wedding. The dress had to be ordered which was fine and on the docket it was noted that the store was to contact the customer upon arrival. We called the shop 6 weeks later and was told that the dress had arrived 2 weeks ago! We argued why they didn't call us as stated on the docket but the lady just rolled her eyes and said someone else was working there at the time and she fell behind. Not good enough when the wedding is almost 2 weeks away and the dress may need to be altered! Upon taking the dress home there was a stain on the shoulder! NOT HAPPY! After arguing the point saying that this is not good enough, they finally decided to exchange. Just as well the dress didn't need altering! The only good thing was they did home deliver the dress to the house 2 days before the wedding! I wouldn't shop there again as the customer service is very poor and the sales assistant's have attitude!

Pandora has a great collection of Wedding/ Christening products including candles, christening outfits and bonbonierre. it is slightly more expensive then some other places but the quality is great
