Friendly lovely staff who are extremely knowledgable and treat everyone of their clients who vary in age and fitness with respect . I was always put off going to the gym by the staff. But definitely not the case at Priority 1 Fitness. Its a fun and enjoyable place to workout even for those of us who aren't fit.
