I go here every week. There text reminder system is great and I don't find gem ever really running late well not ridiculously late. Staff always very friendly and doctors are great

Opened for extended hours including Sundays - very convenient. Doctors are pleasant and thorough. Now appear to bulk billing again. The receptionists are always rushed, unfriendly and appear to be inconvenienced by patients. The rooms are clean and waiting area is immaculate. Minimal waiting times.
