Sunday afternoon brunch while waiting for the live, free entertainment to begin in the park. I had a pot of tea, sat for an hour writing, then was joined by friends for brunch. No-one tried to hurry me up. Service was cheery, & when the eggs arrived scrambled not poached, a simple mistake, the meal was replaced quickly & correctly.

The new cafe at Gasworks is fabulous. I have visited on 3 occasions, the coffee is great and there are many sweet treats. I'm a huge fan of the corn bread, have also had the foccacia's, muffins and the mushrooms. Great place to go, dogs welcome and given biscuits!
