From the time I contacted Private Fleet to the time I received a brand new car at the same price as a demonstrator model, it took about 2 weeks for them to find the make, model and colour I was after, and arranged a good price for my trade in.
It was very easy and fast, saved me heaps of time dealing with people who didn't call me back. All for $178 fee !

I cannot fault the service I received from Private Fleet when purchasing a new car - took all the hassle out of dealing with multiple car yards, haggling prices etc. This is the second time we as a family have used Private Fleet - both times best price found, kept informed, and cars delivered to our house with full tank of fuel when promised. These guys make buying a new car a great experience - not a chore:). Wouldnt buy a car any other way.

These guys basically find the best price by offering the sale to multiple dealers and then seeing who can come in with the best deal, and then they can push back on the dealers to make it better. (note, the standard deal is delivered to your door, so it doesn't matter who you get it from.)
The guy I mainly talked with (hi Gary!) was totally my type of sales person - up front with all the information, no hassle or pushy sales tactics, and very good at making things happen once I decided to proceed.

I needed to buy a car quickly and so had no time for visiting numerous dealerships and haggling over prices. A quick call with the details of the car I wanted and within 24 hours I had the best price available to me and had made a purchase. They assisted throughout the process (even swapping dealers when the delivery date blew out) and it was a pleasure not to have to deal with price negotiations. Consultant Greg Case secured a fantastic deal on a 2016 Compliance Hyundai Elantra Trophy for my nephew, who is absolutly delighted and loved the savings. I bought my first vehicle from Private Fleet in 2006 and had such a good experience that when I was in the market to buy my next car I bought through them again. I have never used Private Fleet or any similar services to purchase a vehicle before but I am very impressed at how attentive, timely and effective they were. I dealt with Gary whom I asked to provide a very quick response on a comparative price for a new Subaru Outback to decide whether I returned to a dealer who had provided a price and a very disappointing trade in offer. Gary both bettered the price on the vehicle and significantly bettered the trade in offer in about four hours. Deposit paid over the phone. No pressure either before agreeing to buy through Private Fleet, or after. Paperwork went ahead smoothly.
