I only had one item that need to be cleaned but they were very professional and very thorough which I appreciated. Unlike other places that give you a very large window when they will come (i.e. 8-5 or some other nonsense), they gave me a 2-hour window and showed up right at the beginning of it, which was helpful so as not to have to sit around all day waiting.
