My wife and i have bought bikes,parts & accessories from 6 other sunshine coast bike shops over the past 4 years. We have been disappointed with all 6 other shops we have bought from in various ways from pushing what they have on the floor and not willing to get in what we needed, very poor bike servicing where you have to keep returning the bike over and over again to assistants or managers that just cant really seem to be bothered.
This is where pro cycles is different in every way. Danny & Kevin were a breath of fresh air right from the beginning.Friendly from the second you walk in but not pushy.professional in a way that they don't try and sell you something you don't want or need just because they have it .Strong knowledge of all aspects from BMX to mountain to road.They seem to want to make your experience an enjoyable one. A place you want to come back to. its not a supermarket or a snobby bike shop. to us its a great place to go with very good prices .A shop that rewards loyal customers. I could go on for hours.We highly recommend pro cycles and proud to spend our money locally.
