Completely unprofessional and the service is laughable.

The first appointment I had, after waiting 40 minutes I got fed up and asked the receptionist how much longer it would be. The doctor still had 1 ahead of me.
The receptionist booked me in for a few days later with a different doctor because I had to get back to work. The receptionist obviously didn’t inform the the doctor because I received a call more than an hour after my appointment from the doctor asking where I was.

The second appointment was exactly the same. The doctor was behind and still no one bothered to tell me when I checked in.
I once again waited 30 minutes before enquiring with the receptionist who said the doctor was a ‘little bit’ behind. I ended up waiting over an hour again.

Some of the reception staff are nice and I’ve never had a problem with the physios but that does not excuse it.

1 - an hour late does not equal ‘a little bit behind’. A little big behind is 15-20 minutes.
2 - you should tell a client when you are running that far behind. It’s called customer service.
3 - if I wanted to wait an hour for an appointment, I’d go to a walk in clinic.

I've just started seeing the dentist and have been very impressed at the level of care and service provided. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a good dentist in Adelaide.

I have a chronic illness and after recently moved to Adelaide was looking for a Female Doctor. I have been seeing Dr Laudato at Pro Health Care and she has been fantastic. I've never had a doctor that has been so thorough and committed to my health care. Thanks to all the staff and team also.

I was highly satisfied with the service that I received. The doctor was able to accommodate me at short notice and did not rush through the consult. She took her time examining me and explained her diagnose in a way that was completely understandable.
