I had a 12 foils, a cut, shampoo, blow dry. I was given an estimate up front and it was my decision to go ahead, but the cut I received was not good and I returned the next day to have it fixed, as I was not happy. It was a bit lop-sided and not as I described that I wanted it to be cut.
