My recent experience with Product Review has clarified that it’s a dodgy company.

I and my partner hired Clearly Strata Reports and it came out as a dodgy company. We took them to court and have won the case. The Court has ordered Clearly Strata Reports to refund us and the company is not refunding us. Product review has removed both our comments and invoice to support that dodgy company. They have forgotten that they are under ACCC and Australian Consumer Act.

Product Review are unethical and irelevant. Their business model is based on getting negative reviews and then making that business pay a subscrìption to manage. Do not believe any review that comes from this site.

I have been reviewing products on this website for years now.
I always make sure before I buy anything new I read the reviews on this website.

I quite enjoy reading other peoples review and experiences.
You can review just about anything, hair products, face products, irons, vacuum cleaners, the list goes on.

Product Review provides an online service where you can, as the name suggests review products online for others to read.

They call themselves "Australia's No 1 Review Site" and I have no doubt that's true.

Before I go shopping for any appliance, large or small, I check here to see what people's experiences have been as to whether or not it's a good purchase.

While I suspect people who've had problems with products are probably quicker to tell the world about it than those who buy something and love it, I've still found it a very useful site.

It also allows you the option to post comments to other people's reviews, such as, "I had that problem too but you can fix it like this", and to ask questions - dependent on the original poster then replying, but the site sends you an email if anybody comments on your post, so you can do it pretty easily.

All in all, it's steered me away from some disastrous purchases, and helped me make some good ones. Having the ability to have a virtual chat with someone who already owns the oven/washing machine/DVD/mixer etc you're considering is worth it's weight in gold.

I highly recommend it.
