Simple task done badly would sum it up, gel infills with a clear top coat is all I wanted ended up with nails that looked half done, no smooth finish on them, they looked rubbish and the staff didnt seem interested in anything except the next bum on the seat. Had to go home and buff them smooth and reapply polish myself, was my first time there and will defo be my last

Beware. Worst nail salon I have ever been to. Nearly two months later, I am still being treated for infections. My nails were filed so thin they will take a year to grow back. The operator was rude, barely spoke, she was very rough, in an extreme hurry, and seemed very angry the whole time she was doing my nails. My skin bled and she just kept putting a liquid on to stop the bleeding. Never again. I had a manicure with polish. The polish chipped badly within two days, I could not remove it because of the cuts all over the skin next to my nails. If I could give minus stars I would give a minus 10. When I complained, the staff basically said it was my fault that I was bleeding.

While the end result looked great, I believe the lady doing my nails was working too fast, she was very rough and I bled in many places. My nails did look wonderfull though and they are a fair bit cheaper than the other places.

I received a voucher for my birthday for Professionail, and so I went and got a full set of gel french tip nails. The employee doing my nails seemed rushed, and made me bleed in 4 different spots due to filing to hard, and cutting my cuticles to close. The overall job when she was done wasn't too bad and they lasted a long time. They are cheaper than a couple of other places I had been too, and they have a loyalty card. I will probably go back, as it may have just been a one off bad experience.
