Had refills and shellac. Two days later polish chipped on one nail, acrylic was on the skin not properly filed. I phoned asking for the manager told he wasn't there, the male who I was talking to said he was the boss, he fobbed me off said I need to show my receipt and he will look at it. Went there that same arvo lady said he wasn't there not sure if he is coming back today, she said to sit and she would fix I said no I had my 4 yr old with me and I didn't want her stuffing up again. THEIR CARE FACTOR IS 0 DO YOURSELF A FAVOUR AVOID WAISTING YOUR MONEY THERE. hence why I was the only one in there yet their competitor opposite Coles was full

Got an acrylic nail refill here and I could clearly see the join lines so had to get a colour painted. Also they were uneven! Soon after they started to peel off and break. Had to get them all off and cant get more on for a few months as the filed them so far down they are paper thin and painful.
