He can get stuff that no one else can. Last week, I got a Quivver CD that you could only get in one other place on the planet - Detroit. Don't ask me how, but Steve can!
Steve will take the time to get to know his regular customers, and once he learns about your tastes, he can make recommendations to you that will suit you to a tea. You can easily spend hours in this store talking to Steve, listening to tracks and finding new stuff every week.
He's still in love with vinyl too thank goodness, and there's plenty of that gold to be had.
