I prefer to do my shopping at this supermarket, even though the Big Two supermarkets are nearby.
Staff are friendlier & I find the shopping less stressful than the other two.
The store has very good meat specials & compares with others as far as freshness of fruit & vegies,.

I would like to offer praise of two of your staff members viz., Anna and Carla. The help I was offered, when a dilemma was explained, was above that which one might expect today. These two young ladies, especially Carla, are a great credit to your store and I would engage them immediately based on my experience as a 'Joe-average' customer.

Great service, always ready to help find something, or recommend a similar item. Prices can be a bit hefty otherwise competitive.

It was absolutely great. i go there all the time. i especially think that the service is very good and the staff are very friendly and always wishing to give you their best.

Better than the smaller IGA stores because there is more variety and they usually have some decent specials. Most of staff are friendly and helpful

For value, I think IGA is probably one of the best, and that's why I shop there mostly. Their range of goods is quite good - you can get most things that you're after there. It's perhaps not as fancy as some supermarkets, bu then that's why you get a better price.

I like the fact that staff are always on hand to help with queries even if they are busy. They have great prices on meat and fruit and veg, and always seem to have relevant specials.

The only bad thing I would say is the staff on the checkouts spend alot of time talking to their friends and other co-workers and don't pay enough attention to the customers, in fact, a couple of times I have been overcharged because of staff talking to friends.

I have been back since because I like the store, it has a good variety, and they have good specials.

Heaps of great specials and a very busy store. Have the specials most of the time and the staff are helpful if asked. Have a large variety of store products which are of a high quality
