She (Royce) does not know what she is doing as a property manager.

She never keeps her words; she is just behaving like a puppet of the owner.

I would highly not recommend her for any kind of property dealing.

She (Royce) is not trustworthy.

After I have vacated the property, she has done painting and maintains in the property and asking me to pay excessive repair bills.
