We've only been here once, having bought a second hand Toyota we thought it best to take it to the dealers. They discovered a load of "problems" which would cost around $4,500 to fix! We got a second opinion from two other mechanics and were able to get it fixed for less than $2,000. Most of the staff were friendly enough but we felt that they overestimated what really needed to be done. They also messed up our booking (which is an excusable mistake) and there was a lady who appeared to be quite rude to a customer on the phone (not that we knew all the details).
