I have ordered one of pram sun shades via their website as they do not have any stores in VIC. This shade is not cheap, but well reputation world wide.
The quality of the product must be good as I saw the same one used by a friend of mine. however, 12 days after I placed an order with payment, the shade still has not been delivered.
I have sent an email to the admin but no reply.
Who knows when I finally receive my order.
Very disappointing service.
