My first contact with Protector Security Doors was 2 weeks ago when I rang and asked for a quote for two sliding security doors and four fly screens. Alan, who I later learnt was the Managing Director, came and gave me a quote the next day. I had not received any other quote but having read about the company and being impressed with Alan's honesty, I immediately placed the order. In two weeks my sliding doors and fly screens were ready for installation. They were very accommodating with the times I specified and were on time. The installer was very professional, and thorough. He took his time to make sure the doors were fitted correctly and that they glided smoothly on the tracks. The fly screens were fitted within minutes. I realised that I had forgotten two fly screens which needed replacing, so the installer rang Alan and within two hours they were made up and fitted. I would highly recommend Protector for their honesty, professionalism, courtesy and fair price.
