A very enjoyable cafe with awesome coffee and yummy food. The coffee could be a fraction cheaper and it can get a bit noisy if you are looking to have a meeting/work there, but the service and quality make up for it for a nice brunch or lunch spot.

Staff are always helpful and friendly. Both coffee and meals are seasonal, so you get a good variety as a regular. The must try coffee is the "Nitro Cold Brew" which is refreshingly good on a hot Melbourne day. MasterCard and Visa payments are accepted as are the splitting of bills.

Great little hip spot in Collingwood, has an alternative vibe while aiming at no particular audience. Food never disappoints, sometimes can read a little quirky but the combinations always work so well together & are amazing! The ricotta hotcakes never let you down!

No longer the cool new kid on the block, Proud Mary has matured into a old favourite. The menu classics are still executed with style and every now and again they add a few new items to the menu.

Having been, I can understand why they are so popular and always so busy day in day out.
Superb baristas at the front, superb kitchen out the back, and really good waitstaff to keep it all together.
The perennially popular and menu mainstay is the Potato Hash, Charred Kale, Double smoked bacon, Organic poached egg, Bagna cauda (traditional Italian sauce of anchovies, garlic & cream). Delicious!

Coffee connoisseurs, watch out! There's a reason Proud Mary has such a high rating in the coffee books of Melbourne! We luckily just beat the rush when we stepped in, so the guy behind the counter had time to explain the different elements of each coffee on offer - and which would be best with milk. We got a house blend and the Hondouras. Both were full of varietal notes, and quite strong - cut through that milk like it wasn't there! I'd like to mention this is a truly hip place, very Melbournian, and if you're a guy - I think it's a prerequisite to have a beard and/or handle-bar mustache to work there! ha! No issues though, service there is spot on! We only tried the coffee, but seeing full plates of food whiz by - PM are definitely on our list to try again!

Delicious. Proud Mary has recently reinvigorated its menu with a few new interesting offerings, but some of the old favourites have been retained. I recently had a duck & fig salad, featuring pulled confit duck leg, fresh figs, organic sourdough toast with sesame, spiced walnuts, gippsland blue cheese, beetroot, cres and crispy onion slaw. Scrumptious.

one of the best breakfast places in melbourne - packed with hipsters, cool music, great coffee and an impressive menu. They did take my favourite dish off the menu - the pork ragu pasta dish but they replaced it with some impressive ribs
