no one took me seriously at Prouds and i didnt get any service for a quarter of an hour. the product itself was nice though

I went into Prouds to look for a birthday present and the staff were really friendly and helpful. The saleswoman showed me a great selection of necklaces that suited how much I wanted to spend. Will go back there again.

I always use Prouds for buying and repairs, with a repair they phone you with the price, and then phone you when its ready, brilliant, service is really good, price compares very well with other jewellers.
