They only showed my partner cheap items apparently he must not look rich enough. The whole store was empty but they didn't seem to have time for us , I find this absolutely appalling and we will be no longer buying at Prouds again. What an awful service to turn away a clientele.

Management is very rude ,never got any satisfaction

Girl with dark hair served me think it was the owner or manager in kippa-ring prouds store service was terrible , wouldn't even let me look at the earrings I was interested in had the money and all to pay but I took my services elsewhere ,I got better service than that store gave me and they lost over $500 from being rude to me and I did nothing other than ask to view the earrings ,very rude girl

My husband purchased a watch for me there. The service was tremendous, they recently changed the layout in the store, however the staff were more than happy to help my husband find what he was looking for. They assured him that we could get an exchange for change of mind and were able to give us a discount upon asking. Great experience
