Prushka Fast Debt Recovery

Signed up with them for 1 year - I received my monthly excel spreadsheet of "nothing recovered". After 1 year - sent an email to say that they're removing my account because they cannot recover the debt. I wonder if anything was done in the 1st place (other than they saying something was done) cos my debt was too small ($1K) - not worth their time? Email support service next to useless.
