The personal training I receive from Nick is great as he tailors the session to my fitness objectives and goals. Great space and equipment. I'd recommend this studio to anyone from gym junkies to elderly people. 10/10

Breathtaking prior to & post the professional training program which is personally designed by Nick.
The toughest challenge is to convert their baby son to follow the Blues, but we'll get there one day.

Nick is a fantastic trainer.he knows how to motivate and designs a program that suits. Nick responds to your ability and knows how to keep you moving towards improvement. I have used trainers for about 20 years and Nick is by far the best. Sadly he is a Collingwood supporter..but nothing is ever perfect

I've been training with Carmen for 3 years. Training with her is fun, but challenging. She always pushes me to work hard and I like how she explains the reasons why we're doing particular exercises. I had a baby last year and Carmen has helped me get my fitness back. She's also fun and easy to talk to.
