The staff do a great job of my 3 dogs. I have been using this company for 12 years plus now. I have had a few rescue dogs which have been quite testy at beginning and they staff have always been kind and patient with these dogs. I have always been provided with excellent and professional service. They pick up from home and drop off and prices are very reasonable.. They are the best and I have tried many pet groomers over the past 30 years. My two current dogs are rescue dogs and from very different backgrounds. One was caged her entire life, so she has taken quite a while to adjust and the groomers are great with her. The other guy will go anywhere. My 18 years old Maltese is well taken care of also. I highly recommend this company. $55 per dog

I have been going to Puddles for YEARS now. Even my vet has commented on how well my dog had been groomed . Fantastic service and lovely people. 1 of the BEST in Newcastle I have found in over 30 years of pet ownership. They have been in business FOR EVER it seems.... WELL since the 80`s any way !

They are located on a really busy road, and a bit hard to stop. The grooming they did for my pet was a bit average and cut his hair a little too short. But other than that they were not to bad on price.
