I didn't know what to expect from the name of the restaurant, and when we arrived at 6:30pm on a Saturday it was a bit quiet. However, by 7.30pm the place was packed, with no tables to spare, but the table spacings mean there was just enough room to feel like you weren't squashed in like sardines.
As a group of five we ordered mains and desserts, and would recommend them all. Our dishes were varied, from pasta to seafood to a couple of steaks, and they were all excellent. My steak was cooked perfectly, medium rare as requested. The desserts were also excellent, with refreshing fruit sorbets, white chocolate parfaits and chocolate mousse all winning acclaim.

Lovely experience and a Nice little restaurant. Food was beautiful and very nicely presented. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. Very good value for money. We had the two course lunch for $33 pp!

This is French cuisine done very well. It is definitely priced for a Canberra crowd, but the wine list is good and the ambiance is great. Just choose carefully, modern French cuisine can be quite particular!

Approximate cost: $40

Delicious food and an excellent wine list. Warm and cosy atmosphere. A little noisy (polished concrete floor), but not annoyingly so. Excellent value.

Approximate cost: $25
